About us
The JL Urban Dynamics team holds over 25 years of experience, with extensive knowledge of regulatory agencies, public administrations, procedures and criteria required for land use, planning and urbanization.
What we do
We locate and manage specific land and property, encourage agreements between owners and developers, and resolve administrative processes, permits and licenses. Our multidisciplinary technical-legal team works on urban developments, planning, modifications, parcelling, property management and commercial or entertainment revitalization projects.
